Registration

All types of registration fees include admission to all Symposium sessions, proceedings CD, welcome reception, and banquet. The non-student registration fees cover only one paper, up to 5 pages long. Each page after the 5th is charged €50 and should be purchased as an additional item. Each additional paper will be charged €250.

Important Notes

• For each paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one author must register by Feb 22 , 2008, at FULL rate (IEEE Member, Student Paper, or Non-IEEE Member rates).
• Students who wish to register a paper must use the “Student Registering Paper” option. They may use the “Student (no paper)” option, only if someone else has registered their paper. They should be prepared to show their student identification card at the Symposium registration desk.

On-line Registration and payment is preferred. Your registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system (SSL encrypted data transfer). All registrations will be handled by Ms. Stamatia Gika of MeetingPlanner.gr (the Symposium’s management company).

 

Registration by Fax is available for those who cannot register on line. Please fill in the registration form, with your payment information and send it by fax to: +30 2610 991945.

 

Registration by Mail (mail and payment should be received by the corresponding deadline) is possible, using the registration form found at the end of this page. Registration by e-mail or phone will not be accepted. Please fill in the information and mail to:
