Notes:
- Every paper must have a full registration (A1,A2 or A3), and at least one author of each paper must register before 24 November 2006.
- For authors of multiple papers, apart from the full registration, there is an extra paper charge of US$200 per paper, up to a maximum of 2 extra paper charge. The registration will be waived from the 4th paper onwards.
- For each full registration, up to 2 accompanying students (B2) are allowed.
- A1, A2, A3 includes : Welcome reception, 2 tutorials, lunches, conference banquet, tea breaks, conference record (CD-ROM), admission to all sessions
- B2 includes : 2 tutorials, lunches, tea breaks, conference record (CD-ROM), admission to all sessions
